ISO 9000 Series of Standards - Year 2000 Editions The International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) Technical Committee no. 176, Sub-committee 2 (ISO/TC 176/SC 2) Quality Systems is carrying out a survey of user experience with the year 2000 editions of the ISO 9000 series of standards. A survey questionnaire has been designed to ascertain the views of users of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000 in relation to the standards, their suitability and their application. Your assistance in this project, by informing your members and associates about the survey, will be of great value in helping us. This should lead to improvement in these standards, or the production of relevant supporting documentation to assist users in understanding and implementing them. We have tried to make the survey as easy as possible for respondents to complete. We do not expect it to take more than about 15 minutes to complete. Click on this link, if you wish to participate in the survey The survey is to be completed on line. Any person who has some knowledge or experience of the standards may participate. There is no limit to the number of persons who may respond in any one organization. The results of the survey will be made available as widely as possible, e.g. through the ISO/TC 176/SC 2 web site at www.bsi.org.uk. |
